Corning® Cell Recovery Solution可用于恢复在Corning® Matrigel® 基底膜基质上培养的细胞，以进行后续的生化分析。经过测试，能够在2°C至8°C下在一小时内解聚1mm厚的凝胶Matrigel基质层，经过过滤（0.2μm膜）并已完成细菌、真菌和支原体的检测。
