Since 2011, we have provided high quality HUP1N, HUP2B and HUP1M monoclonal antibodies. These antibodies have been used successfully in research experiments by hundreds of labs worldwide since the 1980’s.
In 2014, we added native and synthetic protamine P1 and P2 protein and peptide antigens from a variety of species.
In 2020, we added a series of new anti-protamine monoclonal antibodies. These new BPB-MAbs recognize protamines from a broader range of species than than the HUP series. Similar to the HUP MAbs, BPB-MAbs recognize and bind to protamines whether in the native state or when bound to DNA in spermatids and sperm.
