Morpholinos belong to the third generation of
antisense oligonucleotides, which are exclusively developed and synthesized by
Gene Tools. Morpholinos inhibit the function of target genes mainly by blocking
the translation process of proteins. At present, Morpholinos have been widely
used in developmental biology and cytology experiments, and have achieved very
good experimental results.
