VitalQuan focuses on developing reagents and platforms for analyzing and imaging dynamic biological processes both in vitro and in vivo. We further specialize in imaging dynamic insulin release using a fluorescent zinc indicator for monitoring induced exocytotic release (ZIMIR) and the study of intercellular communication through gap junction channels using a caged and cell permeable coumarin probe (NPE-HCCC2/AM).
