2003年，Scientific Methods的两位创始人——徐福志博士、企业家和科学家James Larkin共同创立了Scientific Methods。如今，他们两人仍然活跃在公司内部。目前詹姆斯·拉金更多的是担任顾问的角色。2004年，Rebecca Wong博士成为董事会成员，并在监督所有实验室操作的同时继续推动我们分子生物学部门的发展。

Scientific Methods first opened its doors in 2003 when two of Scientific Methods’ original co-founders, Dr. Fu-Chih Hsu, entrepreneur and fellow scientist James Larkin formed the company. Today they are both still active within the company. Currently James Larkin takes on more of an advisory role. In 2004, Dr. Rebecca Wong became a board member and continues to be one of the driving forces behind our molecular biology department while overseeing all laboratory operations.
